This program is designed to introduce Club members to the world of work. This is accomplished through the use of workshops designed to develop the skills necessary to find, obtain and keep employment. Sessions involve intensive interpersonal skills development and work maturity training. Topics include making career decisions, finding and using labor market information, resume preparation, completion of applications, interviewing techniques, punctuality and attendance, attitude, appearance, communication skills and the completion of tasks.
